| Los Angeles Trade Technical College intends to use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers New Directions grant to partner with the Figueroa Corridor Coalition, a coalition of over 25 community organization and residents, to develop a Community Jobs and Asset Program (CJAP) for low-income residents in the Figueroa Corridor. The goal of the CJAP is to provide livable wage jobs and create homeownership opportunities for low-income, predominately immigrant populations in the community surrounding the Staples Center Sports and Entertainment District.
