| Trinity College will serve three neighborhoods in Hartford (Frog Hollow, Asylum Hill, and Clay Hill/Northeast) and one in New Britain (Arch Street). The partnership in each of these neighborhoods will develop a neighborhood strategy that addresses public safety, housing, community development, recreation, infrastructure, city services, and city image. Each community advisory committee will identify the problems it wants to work on and, with the aid of the COPC, solutions. The project will bring together the university, the city, the four neighborhoods, major institutions, and the Archdiocese.
