| The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will receive a Community Development Work Study Program grant of $83,670 to help three economically disadvantaged and minority students obtain their masters degrees in Regional Planning. The grant will not only be used to pay for their education but will also provide funds for work experiences related to their coursework. Among the agencies that students will be able to work with are the Triangle J Council of Governments, the Orange County Planning Department, Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, the City of Durham and the Durham Housing Authority, and Eagle Village Community Development Corporation.
