| West Virginia University will receive a Community Development Work Study Program grant of $89,670 to help three economically disadvantaged and minority students obtain their masters degrees in Public Administration. The grant will not only be used to pay for their education but will also provide funds for work experiences related to their coursework. Among the agencies that students will be able to work with are the Mayor of Charleston's Office of Economic and Community Development, the Charleston Housing Authority, and the Community Council of the Kanawha Valley.
