| The University of Denver will use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers (COPC) New Directions grant to address two urban problems: the need for community economic development, and the need for greater educational access for youth and adults to business-related and computer training. They will develop the following activities: microbusiness development program, computer training, computer technology training, and youth entrepreneurship training.
