| Arkansas State University's Masters of Public Administration prepares students for positions of leadership in governmental and nongovernmental public service organizations by emphasizing managerial and administrative skills, in addition to applied learning. Students selected to participate in the program will actively engage in daily business tasks of five community development work placement assignments that give students a full range of viewpoints from a variety of stakeholders, including grassroots groups, federal and local governments, and regional coalitions.
