The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, in conjunction with the City of Pine Bluff and the Southeast Arkansas Community Development Corporation (CDC), will implement a single-family home rehabilitation program that includes both an educational and social service component. In addition, the university will provide business seed grants to the Southeast Arkansas CDC for business development and expansion providing community based job opportunities.
