The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will use Historically Black Colleges and Universities funds to continue its partnership with the city of Pine Bluff. Specifically, this project is structured to continue long-term revitalization of North Pine Bluff through housing rehabilitation, business development, educational enhancement programs, and community empowerment assistance. All of the project’s activities will focus on the developmental needs of low- to moderate-income residents.
