Overview
LeMoyne-Owen College intends to use its Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) grant to provide core operating support for the LeMoyne-Owen College Community Development Corporation (LOCCDC) to carryout CDBG neighborhood revitalization and economic development activities, including implementation of housing, community, and economic development activities, in the LeMoyne-Owen Community.
