| Coahoma Community College (CCC), a 2-year college comprehensive HBCU, is located in Clarksdale, Mississippi. The school serves five community districts of which two are part of a three-county designated Enterprise Community (EC). CCC will partner with the North Delta Mississippi Enterprise Community (NDMEC) to expand a housing rehabilitation program that will serve very-low-income senior citizens and disabled persons residing in the EC; and test area banks and Realtors for the purpose of examining fair housing compliance in the EC targeting area.
