North Carolina A&T State University, through this HUD grant, will establish a Neighborhood Telecommunications Network Resource Facility within Morningside Homes, a public housing development. The goal is to help the residents overcome "technical illiteracy," develop marketable job skills, and enhance leadership capabilities of resident counselors.
