| North Carolina A&T State University will use Historically Black Colleges and Universities funds principally to establish an economic partnership alliance with the Tarboro/Princeville Community Development Corporation (CDC). HUD’s resources will be used in Princeville, to bring about short- and long-term economic empowerment activities. North Carolina A&T, in partnership with the Tarboro-Princeville CDC, will provide comprehensive training in business enterprise management and training to current and prospective business owners in Princeville. North Carolina A&T, to further economic development, will establish a Princeville neighborhood telecommunication facility. Also, the university will continue to enhance its neighborhood telecommunication facility and services at Morning Side Homes in the City of Greensboro (Gilford County) by upgrading computers and peripherals.
