| North Carolina A&T State University intends to use its Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) grant to undertake the following activities within the Southeastern part of Greensboro, North Carolina: 1) renovation and maintenance assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners, 2) minority entrepreneurship development, 3) fair housing, homeownership, and home maintenance, 4) provision of education and human services needs, and 5) enhancement of community outreach resource center.
