Overview
University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) will use its $772,460 Alaska Native/Native Hawaiian Institutions Assisting Communities (AN/NHIAC) grant in partnership with Interior Regional Housing Authority and Tanacross Village Council to create a program that trains the local workforce in construction trades and provide employment opportunities during the construction of private homes designated and approved for construction by Indian Hosing Plans.
