| The University of Arizona College of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (CALA) will use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers (COPC) New Grant to provide outreach, technical assistance, and information exchange activities for affordable housing, health, and neighborhood revitalization. These activities will be targeted to the neighborhoods of the Tucson Empowerment Zone, including the Colonia-designated City of South Tucson, and adjacent neighborhoods that are negatively impacted by the University of Arizona.
