North Carolina Central University will partner with the City of Durham, the Housing Authority of the City of Durham, and Eagle Village Community Development Corporation to promote neighborhood stability and economic growth in the Eagle Village and South East Central Durham communities. This is to be accomplished through the operation of a homeownership and housing rehabilitation program, master site planning, and a campus of learners initiative.
