| Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi, will receive a Historically Black Colleges and Universities grant of $550,000 to rehabilitate housing in the Martin Street neighborhood near the College. The grant will be used to develop a Rust College Community Development Corporation, develop an action plan for redevelopment and revitalization of substandard housing, and rehabilitate 10 substandard homes. The college will collaborate with the City of Holly Springs.
