| Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) will use its URAP-HBCU grant to create the project "Rebuilding Communities Without Walls." This project will develop online community modules to help support the recovery and rebuilding activities of neighborhood organizations, form a university/faith-based partnership to establish community technology labs and undertake special neighborhood projects, and conduct citizen participation workshops designed to provide displaced residents with vital information and referrals critical to overcoming barriers to returning and rebuilding.
