| The KCK-KU Partnership Center project brings together three campus-based entities with a long-standing track record of community engagement and matches these resources with community interests represented by organizations and partners. Funding will be used to establish and operate a Community Outreach Partnership Center (COPC) focused on providing outreach and technical assistance to community-based organizations in Kansas City, Kansas. The new COPC will coordinate the activities of the School of Social Welfare, the School of Education, and the Department of Public Administration at the University of Kansas with community partners. All of the activities of the COPC project will be in the urban core of Kansas City Kansas, a federally designated Enhanced Enterprise Zone.
