The University of Hawaii - Kapi'olani Community College will use its $800,000 grant to construct a 3,108 square-feet training facility that will be used to provide healthcare job training and clinical services for traditional Hawaiian healing and integrated practices. The project's target population will be low-income Native Hawaiians residing in the economically distressed rural community of Waiànae.
