| University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) intends to use its Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) grant in collaboration with the Town of Princess Anne to provide a recreational center for the children of the town. The project will be located on a 4.5 acre piece of land. The project will be implemented in three stages.
