| Edinboro University of Pennsylvania intends to use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers grant to expand and enhance the Edinboro Community Outreach Program. There are five projects that will be delivered in donated space in local agencies in the East Erie neighborhood, in addition to the management and institutionalization portions of the program. These include: Enhancing the Edinboro COPC, Promoting Financial Literacy, Independence and Homeownership, Introducing Young Adults and Children to Graphic Design, Health Outreach Screening, Developing a Community Atlas, and Managing "Challenging" Children.
