Mott Community College intends to use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers grant to establish a COPC office in the North Central neighborhood of Flint, Michigan. Working with partners such as the Salem Housing Community Development Corporation, Career Alliance, Flint neighborhood Improvement Association, and others, this COPC will address four function areas: housing, neighborhood revitalization, economic development, and job training.
