Xavier University intends to use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers grant to establish the Evanston-Norwood-Xavier Community Partnership. This partnership will focus on four areas of expressed community need and priority: high-quality public education, a revitalized business corridor, a strong residential core, and well-developed community leadership.
