Sitting Bull College intends to use its Tribal Colleges and Universities Program (TCUP) grant to construct a student support center, which will consist of a 4,020-square-foot library and 3,480 square feet for a developmental education center that will include classrooms, computer laboratories, and offices for student support staff.
