| The Center for Rural Regional Development and Governance (CRRDG) at the State University of New York College at Fredonia will use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers (COPC) New Grant to address the following four urban issues: community organizing, education/cultural development, economic development/job training, and health. The target area is the City of Dunkirk, and the project will incorporate smaller secondary and sub-areas as defined through community findings and the City of Dunkirk 2003–07 Consolidated Plan.
