| Lehman College CUNY and partner organizations (Citizens Advice Bureau and Inwood House) will use its Community Outreach Partnership Centers (COPC) New Grant to address the following urban problems: youth and family education; homelessness; cultural competence for recent immigrants; and capacity building of community-based organizations. The program will target four neighborhoods within the Bronx: Norwood, Kingsbridge Heights, Mott Haven, the Fordham Corridor.
