Saint Paul's College will utilize this HBCU grant to continue revitalizing the downtown area of Lawrenceville. Activities to be carried out include providing assistance for the local senior citizens' organizations; creating a microenterprise revolving loan fund to assist local businesses with five or fewer employees; providing assistance to local recreation centers that provide myriad activities for low- and moderate-income families; and creating a land acquisition program in Lawrenceville to build affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families.
