This grant will focus on an interfaith approach for facilitating community development. HUD's resources will be used to increase homeownership opportunities and to foster youth microenterprise development training. ITC, through its faith-based partners, will increase and coordinate homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income persons by utilizing Individual Development Accounts (IDA) for downpayments, closing costs, and to establish a mortgage payment reserve fund.
