HUD resources will be used to assist Bennett College in the completion of Phase III of an on-campus residential facility for Challenge Opportunity participants. The facility will have a 24-hour child development center. The project will also establish an off-campus commuter Challenge Opportunity facility at Morningside Homes through the installation of computer workstations to connect to the Bennett College system. The overall goal is to implement the college's comprehensive neighborhood revitalization program.
