| Virginia State University (VSU) will rehabilitate the historical Virginia Hall Auditorium to a state-of-the-art facility. VSU serves a crucial need in providing educational and community outreach services for residents of neighboring counties and cities (Dinwiddie, Prince George, and the cities of Colonial Heights and Hopewell). Rehabilitation of Virginia Hall Auditorium will enable the university to better serve the residents of the area by providing a facility to conduct activities that enhance the provision of public service, promote economic expansion, and provide stimulus to neighborhood developmental growth.
