Fayetteville State University will leverage the HUD resources in partnership with the City of Fayetteville and a bank loan to develop a neighborhood retail plaza to stimulate revitalization in an economically depressed area. The retail plaza will be the future home of 12 to 16 mocroenterprises providing retail opportunities for small businesses and creating jobs for low- to moderate-income individuals.
